Project support

Refunds & Returns

If a project does not match what was agreed, please contact Field & Forest Academy so we can review the details with you.

These policies explain how Field & Forest Academy's site and purchases are intended to work. They are written in plain language for visitors and purchasers and are not legal advice.

Project and invoice concerns are reviewed individually against the agreed scope and terms. Please use the contact page and include your name, the project, the invoice details you have available, and a short description of the concern.

What we can review

We will review requests involving issues such as a duplicate invoice payment, trouble receiving agreed materials, or a material difference between the agreed scope and what was delivered. We may ask for additional information needed to understand the project and determine what support is available.

Digital materials

Materials and delivery timing are discussed as part of the quoted project. Review-draft PDFs are not offered for sale or immediate download on this site. Contact us about any delivery concern so we can review the agreed terms and available support.

Before agreeing to a project

Please review the proposed scope, intended age range, materials, delivery timing, usage terms, and quote before agreeing to a project. For guidance on using curriculum materials, see the Terms of Use and Educational Activity & Safety Disclaimer.

Policy scope

This page explains Field & Forest Academy's contact-based support process and does not promise a particular outcome or review timeline. Owner review: counsel should confirm any future refund deadlines, physical-product return process, and required consumer disclosures before they are published.
